Feb 02, 2007 in my other post i asked about an equivalent for cool edit pro. I think i should have ellaborated a bit. I was wondering if there was a similar program that is as user friendly as cool edit. Even the multitrack was a breeze. I could snap all loops and samples to a grid, record an external directly into it, the sample editor was super user friendly, etc. I used it for practically everything. The latest version of Final Cut Pro X has the multi-track timeline needed for editing but brings in the future of video and pro features. It supports 360-degree video, graphics, and effects. You can edit together video from multi-cam recording setups and easily switching between multiple angles. And, you can create HDR content.
